Armed Forces gala benefit planned

HOPATCONG — The Armed Forces Relief Committee will host its Fifth Annual Winter Gala Benefit Dinner at Pavinci's Italian Grill, located at 453 River Styx Road in Hopatcong.
Tickets will cost $35 per person which includes a full buffet dinner, wine & spirits tasting and live entertainment.
Proceeds from the event benefit former military personnel who have been identified in need of assistance by one or more of the following agencies, The Army Emergency Relief (Army)
Family and Friends for Freedom Fund (Marines), Air Force Association (Air Force), The Safe Harbor Foundation (Navy, Coast Guard)
Founded by a group of Hopatcong residents in 2011; since its inception, the Armed Forces Relief Committee has distributed over $35,000 to soldiers, sailors, airmen, Marines, or Coast Guard Personnel in financial need.
