Vernon church hosts community dinner

VERNON — The Vernon United Methodist Church invited the Vernon community to join them for Thanksgiving dinner on Wednesday, Nov. 23, in the church's social hall. Ninety people attended and were treated to fellowship, along with every type of the Thanksgiving fare imaginable.
The Vernon United Methodist Church invites the community to join them the last wednesday of each month for the same fellowship and different themed foods.These monthly dinners are open to all.
