Vernon robotics team places in top 10

The Vernon Township High School Robotics team, 1989, placed seventh out of 42 teams in the 15th annual Brunswick Eruption held at North Brunswick High School recently, qualifying for the championship round.
Teams representing high schools in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania participated.
The team is led by Anthony Ciaburri, Aaron Kiedes and Stella Foco, members of the VTHS faculty. Martin Pirringer, Ed Hill and Keith McCotter also help mentor the team. Currently, the VTHS Robotics team, 1989, has the following sponsors: Picatinny Arsenal, National Defense Education Program, and Thor Labs.
