    Phyllis B. Hansen, 93, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 29. Phyllis was born on Oct. 23, 1923, in Lakeville, Conn., to William and Bessie (nee Goldsworthy) Bassett.
    Phyllis attended St. Christopher School in Dobbs Ferry with her sisters and brother. At age 13 she lived in Mt. Vernon, N.Y., with the Crawford family, she graduated from A.B. Davis High School in 1941. She entered Dental Chemists profession under the guidance of Dr. E. Granger, Mt. Vernon, N.Y. She was a resident of Bronxville, NY, until marrying Harold in 1956. They were residents of River Vale, NJ for 40 years and enjoyed many trips together, Rio, Mavi, Jamaica, Bermuda, and LBI summers. In retirement they moved to Scenic Lake, Vernon Township in 1999.
    Phyllis was predeceased by her husband, Harold N. Hansen and a sister, Barbara Bamber in 1973.
    Phyllis is survived by her two sons; Christopher D. Hansen of Port Jervis, N.Y., and Peter N. Hansen of Middletown, N.Y., and two grandchildren Tyler and Jenna Hansen, and two sisters, Dorothy Miller-Harwich of Cape Code, Mass., and Jane Schmidt of Ocala, Fla., and a brother, John Paul Bassett of Richmond, Va., and several nieces and nephews.
