A recent photographic activity at K.E.E.P.’s after-school program at Hamburg Elementary gave the kids an irresistible opportunity to ”mug” it up for the camera. Executive Director Christine Milligan commented, “All K.E.E.P. before and after-school programs have a smart phone which allows staff not only to communicate quickly with management but to use the internet for projects, access kid’s homework assignments for them if necessary and, of course, to take photos to share with others. Technology has added a new dimension to our program activities and the kids are loving it.” K.E.E.P., Inc. of Sparta offers affordable before and/or after-school child care programs in many area Public School locations.
Visit the website at www.keepkids.org for a list of host schools and schedule options. Milligan also reminds parents that Holiday Care will be available on Presidents’ Day, Feb. 20 and during Spring break in April at the main location 11 Park Lake Road, Sparta.
