Barbara Jean VanderMark

Barbara Jean VanderMark died on Friday, Feb. 3, 2017, at Newton Medical Center. She was 70.
Born in Sussex to the late Frances Ellis and Maryetta Conklin, she lived in Sussex County, N.J., all of her life. She was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd in Wantage, N.J.
She was predeceased by her brother, Francis Ellis Conklin Jr.
Survivors include her husband, Herman, of Wantage; son, Kenneth VanderMark, of Milford, Pa.; daughter, Kayla VanderMark of Ohio; brothers, Gary Conklin of Hamburg, N.J., and John Conklin; and four grandchildren, Alysha, Amanda, Brandon, and Keegen.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 18, at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 200 State Route 23, Wantage, N.J. Private cremation services are under the direction of the Pinkel Funeral Home, Sussex, N.J.
