    Feb. 15Lawrence Hill, 50, of Sussex pleaded guilty to theft by deception, theft, receiving stolen property and two counts of conspiracy and four counts of burlgary, all third-degree crimes.
    Sentencing is scheduled for April 7.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to conspiring with two other individuals to participate in a scheme to steal funds and actually steal funds in an amount greater than $500 from Lakeland Bank.
    He also admitted to conspiring with another person to and agreeing to burglarize U.S. Gas and Sam’s Dollar Discount in Sussex Borough and T.J.’s Pizza in Wantage Township in June 2016. Hill also admitted that on June 28, 2016, entering and attempting to steal cars at T&A Elite Auto Sales in Wantage Township.  He also admitted to taking a pick-up truck on January 18, 2017, in Wantage Township without the owner’s permission and thereafter receiving a van that he knew was stolen.
    The cases were investigated by Troopers Rush, Bentacourt, Nugnes, Thomas and DSgt. Krisanda of the New Jersey State Police.
    Feb. 17Joseph Schreiber, 36, of Wantage was sentenced to 180 days in jail, three years of probation and 10 years loss of his driver's license.
    Schreiber was ordered to enroll in and complete DECIDE, and pay mandatory fines and fees.
    Schreiber pleaded guilty on Dec. 19, 2016, to one count of eluding, a third-degree crime; one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third degree crime; driving while intoxicated; driving while suspended; and violation of probation.
    Feb. 21Daniel Wolf, 22, of Randolph pleaded guilty to third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a crime of the third degree.
    Sentencing is scheduled for April 7.
    The defendant admitted to being in possession of Heroin while operating his motor vehicle carelessly.
