Irish songs to be featured at March sing-along

| 06 Mar 2017 | 02:11

Irish eyes will be smiling at this month’s sing-along sponsored by the Friends of the Sussex-Wantage Library.
The program will be held on Thursday, March 16, from 6:30 pm to 8 pm in the library’s community room. We’ll honor St. Patrick’s Day with some traditional Irish songs along with favorite sing-along standards. Come join us, raise your voice and have some fun! With ukulele in hand, Walt Houck will lead the singing, and lyrics will be provided so everyone can join in. If you have a musical instrument, bring it and play along. Wearin’ o’ the green is encouraged — everyone will be Irish at our March sing-along.
This free program is for all ages No registration is required. Children must be accompanied by an adult. For further information please call the library at 973-875-3940 or visit the Friends' website: friendsofswlibrary.org.
