Local dentist visits school

WANTAGE — The students of Sussex Wantage Preschool visited Achtau Family Dentistry for their yearly trip to learn about the importance of dental health. The children were able to look at dental instruments used for cleaning teeth, were taught the proper way to brush & floss and the importance of good nutrition promoting oral health from a young age. They were able to experience a dental exam including counting their teeth, fluoride treatment, simulated x-rays and received a new toothbrush and toothpaste.
Dr. Eric Achtau, a 2016 NJ Top Dentist, is a former student of Miss Collette's.
