    Feb. 28Donald C. Neubauer, 49, of Newton pleaded guilty to two counts of violation of probation, and one count of misuse of benefits, a fourth-degree offense.
    Sentencing is scheduled for April 4.
    March 6Victor Ortega, 22, of Bronx, pleaded guilty to theft, a third-degree crime.
    Sentencing is scheduled for April 21.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to taking two bikes from a bike rack of a vehicle parked in the Appalachian Hotel garage in Vernon on June 6, 2015.
    The case was investigated by Patrolman William Terrill of the Vernon Township Police Department.
    Jessica Cillaroto, 24, of Newton pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a crime of the third degree.
    Sentencing is scheduled for April 21.
    The defendant admitted she was in possession of Cocaine when she and a co-defendant were found by police. Franklin Police were responding to a suspicious vehicle that had been parked at the end of a road, in a wooded area, for over an hour and found the defendant and co-defendant in the vehicle.
    March 7Nelson Jimenez, 28, of Newton was sentenced tdo two years of probation and a mandatory 180 days in jail with no parole. He was ordered to submit a DNA sample at his own expense and pay fines and fees totaling $155.
    He pleaded guilty on Oct. 4, 2016, to driving while license is suspended for second or subsequent driving while intoxicated violation, a fourth-degree crime.
    On Nov. 19, 2015, New Jersey State Police were dispatched to a single car motor vehicle accident in Hampton Township. An investigation revealed that the defendant was operating the vehicle at the time of the accident and that his license was suspended for a second conviction for driving while intoxicated.
    March 8Kristopher Dohm, 38, of Hopatcong pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree interference with custody. Dohm admitted he took his 2 minor children from the state of New Jersey to Florida with the purpose of concealing the children and depriving their mother of custody for almost 2 months. He admitted in his factual basis that he did not take the children on vacation and he committed various acts to disguise their identity. He further admitted he did not safely return the children but that law enforcement apprehended him and secured the children.
    Sentencing is presently anticipated for April 21.
    March 10Daniel Castrovillari, 32, of Vernon was sentenced to 180 days in jail as a condition of two years of probation and a 10 years loss of license. Castrovillari was ordered to complete an alcohol abuse evaluation, enroll in the DECIDE program, and pay mandatory fines and fees.
    Castrovillari pleaded guilty on Oct. 17, 2016, to one (1) count of driving while suspended, a fourth-degree crime; one count of simple assault, a disorderly persons offense; and driving while intoxicated, a motor vehicle offense.
