The New Jersey Food and Wine Festival is back and better than ever. This year’s lineup of chefs and sommeliers features the very best players in the culinary scene: world-renown chef Daniel Boulud, “Top Chef” champions, “Chopped’ winners, and head chefs at the finest eateries in New York and New Jersey, such as Gramercy Tavern and Restaurant Latour.
The 2017 festival, happening the weekend of March 31 at Crystal Springs, promises to thrill foodies and wine-lovers alike. Each day is filled with various events and activities: from a Sunday morning all-inclusive champagne brunch, to an exclusive book signing with Daniel Boulud.
The festival also features some more educational events, such as the unique opportunity to craft your own red wine blend, and “The Art of Fresh Pasta,” a showcase in which four top chefs demonstrate various aspects of the pasta making process and give guests the opportunity to sample these handcrafted dishes, which are complete with a wine pairing.
