Garden of Yoga plans Wellness Week

WANTAGE — Garden of Life Massage & Yoga Center in Wantage is hosting their annual Spring Wellness Week, March 20 through 26. As the seasons change and the temperatures raise our lives become more active. Unfortunately, many of us go from complete inactivity to attempting full lawn clean ups and gardening without any body discomfort. This is the main reason why this annual event has been planned, and is so well received. And perhaps one of the reasons Garden of Life has been nominated for this year's Quality in Business and & Wellness Awards for the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce's 2017 Quality in Living Quality in Business Awards Dinner to be held this Thursday.
Clients can experience full effective massage and wellness services catered to their individual needs at a fraction of the cost. In the past year the center has added a float tank and an infrared sauna. Floating frees the body of 90% of neuromuscular activity. Clients are unencumbered from the sensation of gravity, temperature, touch, sight, and sound. This conserves physical and mental energy. One hour of floating is equivalent to 4 hours of restful REM sleep. The benefits of the infrared sauna are detoxification, relaxation, pain relief, weight loss, improved circulation, and skin purification. The center offers a package combining all their highly beneficial services including unlimited classes called Experience Bliss Package.
Participating in mind-body exercises like yoga, pilates, and qi gong improve strength, flexibility, pain & stress relief, concentration, and inner peace. Garden of Life is offering free classes during Spring Wellness Week with the purchase of a class card. And to kick off spring they’re hosting a special yoga class Friday March 24th with live music at 7 p.m.
