Friends of Library offering scholarship

VERNON — The Friends of the Library, Dorothy Henry branch, is offering the Steven L. Steele Memorial Scholarship, which is open to collegebound senior students from Vernon, Hardyston, Hamburg and Franklin.
The scholarship award of $500.00 will be presented to the recipient for the purpose of purchasing textbooks in any form as well as school supplies.
The application can be picked up at the Dorothy E. Henry Branch it must be filled out and return to Library by May 25.
