Diabetes program planned in Vernon

VERNON — Quality Insights Quality Innovation Network, supported locally by Healthcare Quality Strategies, Inc., is continuing its partnership with Premier Health Associates to offer this free diabetes program as part of the Everyone with Diabetes Counts (EDC) initiative.
The free workshop series will take place in the Fellowship Hall at the United Methodist Church, located at 303 Route 94 on Wednesday, May 24 through June 28 from 1-3 p.m.
All attendees must register by the second workshop session. Each participant (one per household) will receive a complimentary book, Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions, 4th Edition.
