Milton United Methodist Church presents the Brassworks Quintet in a concert of Patriotic Music in Honor of Memorial Day at the Wesley Stage on Sunday May 21st at 4 p.m.
The Brassworks Quintet will perform music from each of the armed forces as well as Sousa marches and patriotic favorites from movies and Broadway. The concert will be a fitting way to remind us of the true meaning of Memorial Day as well as to celebrate the unofficial beginning of Summer. This mixture of serious reflection and lighthearted fun will be a treat for all those in attendance.
The Brassworks Quintet has played to audiences in new York City, Northern New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. The members are all exceptionally talented with graduate degrees in music education and performance. We are proud to welcome them back to The Wesley Stage especially to present such an inspiring exciting program as they've prepared for this special concert event.
Located in the Milton United Methodist Church at 316 Dover-Milton Rd. in Jefferson Twp. The Wesley Stage is now in its second decade of presenting outstanding performances by well-known artists in a super-comfortable, convenient venue.
Tickets which include a light post-concert supper & the opportunity to meet the artists face to face are $20 and are available through www.thewesleystage.com or at Harmony Salon & Spa 5711 Berkshire Valley Rd. in Oak Ridge.
