Beginner Band holds annual retreat

VERNON — The Cedar Mountain Primary School Beginner Band, under the direction of Mrs. Jaclyn Havington, held their annual Band Retreat on Thursday, April 27, at Cedar Mountain Primary School.
District music teachers, as well as music students from Vernon Township High School and Glen Meadow Middle School assisted the fourth grade students with their rehearsal before sharing some pizza for dinner.
The Beginner Band will present their Spring Concert at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24, at Cedar Mountain Primary School. The concert will also feature a performance by the Cedar Mountain Spring Chorus.
