    April 13Tyler Walsh, 25, of Mt. Bethel, Pa., was indicted on the fourth-degree charges of criminal trespas and criminal mischief.
    The case was presented to the Grand Jury by Assistant Prosecutor Laura Nazzaro. 
    Arraignment before the Superior Court in Newton will be within the next several weeks.
    April 21Kristopher S. Dohm, 38, of Hopatcong was sentenced to 10 years in New Jersey state prison on eachcount to run concurrently to each other. He has jail credit for 765 days and was ordered to be pay fines and fees and $2,760 in restitution.
    He pleaded guilty on March 8, 2017, to two counts of Interference with Custody (a second-degree crime).
    Thomas Broderick, 28 , of Montague was sentenced to three years of probation. He also was ordered to pay mandatory fines and fees and to continue his current counseling.
    Broderick pleaded guilty on Feb. 27, 2017, to one count of terroristic threats, a third-degree offense and one count of Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purpose, a third-degree offense.
    On Oct. 15, 2016, Broderick was arrested for terroristic threats and possession of a weapon.
    April 25Janice Davis, 37, of Andover pleaded guilty to six counts of burglary, a third-degree crime; Fraudulent use of a credit card, a third-degree crime; two counts of conspiracy to commit burglary, a third-degree crime; and receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree crime.  
    Sentencing is scheduled for June 9.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted complicity in entering two vehicles in Newton on Dec. 8, 2016, and to using a stolen credit card to purchase items at the Newton Quick Chek. She also admitted that she and her co-defendant agreed to enter a vehicle in Andover Boro on Dec. 12, 2016, and three vehicles in Andover Township on Dec. 17 and 18, 2016. Defendant also admitted to receiving property that she knew was stolen on Dec. 18, 2016, in Andover Township.
    April 28Shawn King, 30, of Sloatsburg was sentenced to three years in New Jersey state prison with credit for 20 days time served. He was ordered to submit a DNA sample and pay fines and fees totalling $280.
    He pled guilty on March 22, 2017, to Conspiracy to commit theft and theft by deception, both third degree crimes. 
    King and his co-defendant agreed to fraudulently obtain electrical supplies from an electrical supply company. The defendants obtained the supplies on various dates before being taken into custody on their final attempt on July 16, 2015.
    Michael Betts, 41, of Bushkill, Pa., was sentenced to five years of probation on condition he serve 180 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility. He received credit for 52 days already served. The defendant must also write a letter of apology to each of his victims, undergo a TASC evaluation and follow all recommendations, undergo random urine monitoring, submit a DNA sample, pay $2,792.84 restitution and $157 in court fines and fees.
    He pleaded guilty on February 27, 2017 to three counts of third-degree burglary.
    In November of 2016, the defendant burglarized two different homes in Vernon and one in Frankford, taking various items from the homes including jewelry.
    May 1Michael Langan, 29, of Hamburg pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third-degree crime and failure to turn over a controlled dangerous substance, a disorderly person's offense.
    Sentencing is scheduled for June 16.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to having eight wax folds of heroin on Sept. 3, 2015, in Sussex Borough. He also admitted to failing to turn over heroin to a Hamburg police officer during a motor vehicle stop on Aug. 2, 2015.
    May 4Robert A. Loller, Jr., 39, of Hamburg with second-degree official misconduct, second-degree possession of a handgun with the purpose to use it unlawfully against another, second-degree burglary, third-degree terroristic threats, and fourth-degree possession of large capacity magazines. 
    The indictment also charges Erica N. Williams, age 23, with third-degree aggravated assault on a police office, third-degree resisting arrest and fourth-degree obstruction.
    Arraignment before the Superior Court in Newton will be within the next 6 weeks.
