Jake McCarthy of Vernon graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Food Business Management from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., on April 12, 2017. He also received his Associates in Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts from there in 2015.
He is currently working at Viaggio's in Wayne.
