    May 1Richard Boydston of Vernon was charged with three counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault and three counts of second-degree second degree sexual assault.
    The charges stem from an investigation in which Richard Boydston is alleged to have sexually assaulted three female minors under the age of 13 for a period of years. 
    The case was investigated by the Major Crimes Unit of the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office. 
    A court date was scheduled for May 9 for a Detention and Revocation hearing. The investigation is ongoing.

    May 5Frank Introcaso, 55, of Hopatcong was sentence tdo 180 days of home detention and three years of probation. Introcaso was also ordered to pay mandatory fines and fees and to complete a mental health evaluation.
    Introcaso pleaded guilty on Feb. 6, to one count of making terroristic threats, a third-degree offense.
    On Oct. 21, 2016, Introcaso was arrested for burglary and terroristic threats.
    May 8Steven Partenio, 43, of Sparta pleaded guilty to forgery a fourth-degree crime.
    Sentencing is scheduled for May 17 in Morristown.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to signing another’s name to induce the extension of a promissory note.
    Daniel Rodriguez, 23, of Bronx pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third-degree crime.
    Sentencing is scheduled for June 30.
    On March 25, Vernon Township Police responded to an incident at Route 515 and Wilkie Way. In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to being in possession of MDPV, one of a class of drugs commonly known as “Molly”.
    Curt Rosenfeld, 31, of Hopatcong pleaded guilty to providing false reports to a law enforcement officer, a fourth-degree crime, and driving with a suspended license, a motor vehicle offense.
    Sentencing is scheduled for June 23.
    On Nov. 20, 2016, a Sparta police officer stopped the defendant for a motor vehicle violation. In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to providing the officer with a false driver license number and to driving with a suspended driver license.
    The case was investigated by Ptl. C. Grauerholz of the Sparta Township Police Department.
    May 11Kenneth Wildrick, 53, of Lafayette was indicted on two counts of burglary, a third-degree crime and one count of theft, a third-degree crime.
    The case was presented to the Grand Jury by Assistant Prosecutor Stephanie LaCarrubba. 
    Arraignment before the Superior Court in Newton will be within the next several weeks.
    Adam Krecker, 35, of Andover was indicted on one count of contempt, a fourth-degree crime and one count of criminal mischief, a fourth-degree crime.
    The case was presented to the Grand Jury by Assistant Prosecutor Stephanie LaCarrubba. 
    Arraignment before the Superior Court in Newton will be within the next several weeks.
