The show was written by Wantage-native Curtis Raye, who spent eight years in Washington D.C. and one year in rural Iowa working on the presidential caucus, observing the inherent comedy in public records. He’s learned that school board meetings, court testimony, and even White House menus are treasure troves of human folly.
