Where is Parker Space

I had to laugh when I read articles that Assemblyman Parker Space is proposing more stuff concering wildlife, ethnic produce, organic farming, etc. Obviously, there is an election coming up in November and Parker needs this feel-good exposure in the press.
In New Jersey, we have major problems like a useless governor, illegal aliens, pension reform, exorbitant taxes, bankruptcy, education funding, repealing the gas tax, etc; and we basically hear nothing from Assemblyman Space?
I have on at least three occasionis hand delivered very detailed information to Assemblyman Space or his district office concerning the fact that every parcel (809) of farmland in Wantage Township (including Space FArms), and possibly every parcel (3,640) in Sussex County, is not assessed properly as required by the State Constitution and statutes. To my knowledge he has not done anything to rectifythis major problem as to actually benefit the farmers.
See that rock solide ridge with its 60 degree slope in Wantage Township, it's assessed as Soil Groupo B —good farmland, suitable for permanetn cultivation. Yields are generally fairly high.
Could part of the problem be that the Spaces, Parker and Jill are good friends with Wantage Tax Assessor Kristy Lockburner, plus Sussex County Tax Administrator Melissa Rockwell is not only a good friend, she is apparently renting an apartment at Space Farms?
I thought that when a municipal or county employee knowingly and intenionally fails to perform their job as they are required by state statutes, so as to deprive another of a benefit, it is N.J.S. 2C:30-2. Official Misconduct.
Years back, Fred Space would attend Wantage Township Committee meetings and rightfully complain about excessive property taxes. I wonder if Fred knows that in 2016 Space Farms may have paid in excess of $2,500 in extra property taxes on just their farmland because the Wantage Tax Assessor refuses to assess farmland as she is required to by the state constitution and statutes; and that the Sussex County Tax Assessor (his tenant), the Sussex County Board of TAxation and the N.J. Division of Taxation have all failed to enforce the state constitution and statutes? But then, this is the state of New Jersey, the Corruption Capital of the World.
