Christie Marie Lynch of Sussex, Emma Marie Nichols of Highland Lakes, and John Stevens McLaughlin of Vernon were named to the dean' list for the spring 2017 semester at Caldwell University.
In order to achieve this honor, students must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher and complete at least 12 credits during the semester.
Kristina Schmidt of Highland Lakes has been named to the list for excellence in academics at Georgia Southern University for the spring 2017 semester.
To be eligible for the dean's list, a student must have at least a 3.5 grade point average and carry a minimum of 12 hours for the semester.
Shannon Donovan of Vernon was named to the dean's list at the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences for the spring 2017 semester.
Dean’s list status is awarded to students who have successfully completed their course work with a semester grade point average of 3.5 or higher out of a possible 4.0 score.
Tyler Carter of Vernon and Joanna Pirnat of Vernon graduated fdrom Hofstra University after the spring 2017 semester.
Carter earned a master of science in Education in Early Childhood & Childhood Education. and Pirnat graduated with a bachelor of science in Dance Education.
Alexis Paul of Vernon was named to the dean's list at Seton Hall University for the spring 2017 semester.
This distinction is earned by achieving a grade point average of 3.4 or better.
Jonathan Buck of Sussex was named to the dean's list at Misericordia University for the spring 2017 semester.
Students must obtain at least a 3.55 GPA and complete 12 credits during the semester to receive academic honors. Jonathan is enrolled in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program and is a member of both the men's cross country and track teams.
Aidan R. Becker of Sussex will attend the State University of New York at Oswego in the fall 2017 semester.
He last attended High Point Regional High School and intends to major in meteorology at Oswego. Fall 2017 classes will begin Aug. 28.
