Mandelbaum honored by law organization

VERNON — Mandelbaum Salsburg is proud to announced Barry R. Mandelbaum as selected to The Best Lawyers in America 2018 edition.
He was one of seven attorneys from the firm to be chosen.
Inclusion on this list of the top practitioners in various areas of practice across the United States is an honor as it is bestowed by fellow attorneys. Best Lawyers is regarded as one of the most respected peer-review publications in the legal profession.
Mandelbaum, who was chosen in the field of Real Estate Law, is the co-founder and CO-CEO of the firm. He has more than four decades of legal experience. Mandelbaum chairs the firm’s Real Estate group and concentrates his practice on real estate development, land use, financing and commercial real estate, as well as corporate and transactional law. His corporate and transactional practice involves representing private and public corporations in all aspects of their business, including formation, due diligence, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and governance issues.
Mandelbaum was a member of the Governor’s Corporate and Business Law Commission, and the Board of Directors of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield. He was a past director of two NASDAQ-traded firms, Warwick Insurance Managers, Inc. and Growth Bank, Inc., as well as privately held companies. Mandelbaum has been recognized and included among: Who’s Who in American Law, as a New Jersey Super Lawyer, and every year since 2007 as one of The Best Lawyers in America.
