Wantage Township plans annual car show

The 2017 Wantage Township 10th Annual Veterans Memorial Car, Truck & Bike Show will be held on Sunday, Oct. 8 (rain date: Sunday, Oct. 15) from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Woodbourne Veterans Memorial Park, 145 Sherman Ridge Road, Wantage.

The 2017 show proceeds will be donated to the Welcome Home Vets Fund of New Jersey, Inc. Free spectator admission, but donations of non-perishable items for local food pantry would be greatly appreciated.

Food and cold refreshments will be available all day, live music, door prizes, 50/50, tricky tray. Trophies awarded in multiple classes for cars, motorcycles and trucks, $15 pre-registration by Sept. 22, $20 day of show. Registration will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., goodie bags to the first 100 registrants.

Vendors are wanted and registration will be $20, must be set up by 10 a.m., no power available.
