    Sept. 22Roger Loder, 54, of Hewitt was sentenced to three years of probation and 30 days of home detention. 
    He was ordered to write a 200-word letter of apology and pay restitution of $600 and fines and fees totaling $155.
    He pleaded guilty on July 31, 2017, to burglary, a third-degree crime.
    The defendant entered a Vernon Township home on Dec. 2, 2016, and took cash from within the home.
    Nachelle Stewart, 51, of Newton was sentenced to 180 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facilty and one year of probation. She was ordered to submit a DNA sample at her own expense and pay fines and fees totaling $155.  
    She pleaded guilty on July 31, 2017, to driving while license is suspended, a fourth-degree crime.
    On May 25, 2016, the defendant drove while her driver license was suspended for a third offense of driving while intoxicated.
    Sept. 25David Haurey, 52, of Hartwell, Ga., pleaded guilty to forgery and identity theft, both crimes of the third degree, and fourth-degree unlawful use of a credit card.
    Sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 17.
    The defendant admitted that he used checks belonging to the victim to make a purchases and pay bills. He also used the victim’s credit card to make multiple purchases for himself and used the victim’s identifying information to obtain benefits of his own. All of these crimes were committed without the Sparta Township victim’s consent or knowledge.  
    Anne Brown, 56, of Hopatcong pleaded guilty to one count of false public alarm, a fourth-degree offense.
    Sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 17.
    Robert A. Loller, Jr., 40, of Hamburg pleaded guilty to third-degree making terroristic threats and motor vehicle summons driving while intoxicated.
    Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 5, 2018.
    The defendant admitted he flashed his gun at the victim during a confrontation over a minor motor vehicle incident in Hardyston Township. He also admitted to driving while intoxicated when the incident occurred.
