Peters Valley to host Workshops

    LAYTON — Peters Valley hold introductory workshops on Saturday, Nov. 4.
    This special day of introductory ‘mini workshops’ was created as an affordable way for people to get to know Peters Valley and what they have to offer.
    Choose from workshops on Glass Bead Making, Weaving on a Floor Loom, Torch Fired Enamel Jewelry and Shibori Silk Scarf Dyeing. You will be amazed at what you are able to accomplish in just three hours.
    Each mini workshop runs from 9 a.m. – noon and costs just $50. Participants must be 18 or older. The fall is an amazing time to enjoy the beauty of their campus, which is located in the picturesque Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. Afterwards feel free to enjoy the beauty of the park with a long stroll, hike or just some outdoor relaxation. Don’t forget to visit the Peters Valley Gallery where you can shop and browse work by over 200 artists.
