The Friends of the Sussex-Wantage Library will present a special children’s program, “How to Build a Storm: The Weather Show” on Thursday, Nov. 9, from 11 a.m. to noon in the library's community room.
The free program is scheduled for the NJEA teacher’s convention break from school.
Presented by the Franklin Institute, this dynamic show reveals the science of weather—to the extreme. Where does our weather come from, and what factors make it a sunny day or a blustery one?
This program is recommended for school-aged children, grades K-8. Registration begins on Thursday, October 26th. Please register online at sussexcountylibrary.org (events calendar) or call the library at 973-875-3940 and ask to be registered.
