VERNON — Vernon township ninth-grade student Cooper Pleva was this year's Eastern States Cup Down Hill champion.
The Eastern States Cup is a downhill mountain bike race series that is comprised of 9 races which include races held in Vermont, New York, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania.
