    Thomas Costanzo, 29, of Dingman's Ferry, Pa., was sentenced to three years of probation.
    He was ordered to complete conditions as previously ordered and pay fines and fees totaling $1,205.
    He pleaded guilty on Oct. 10, to possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third-degree crime.
    The defendant was in possession of 17 bags of heroin on June 13, 2015, in Sparta Township.
    Haider Khan, 20, of Parlin, was sentenced to 3 years of probation and was given credit for 15 days of time served. He was ordered to submit a DNA sample at his own expense and pay restitution of $143.92 and fines and fees totaling $270.
    He pleaded guilty on Aug. 28, 2017, to burglary and use of a stolen credit card, both third-degree crimes.
    The defendant entered a parked car in Newton and used a stolen credit card to make purchases on May 21, 2017.
    Nov. 27
    Veljko Kitanovski, 66, of Paterson, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a prohibited weapon, a fourth-degree offense.
    Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 26, 2018.
    Teresa Verbout, 52, of Sparta pleaded guilty to first-degree aggravated manslaughter.
    Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 26, 2018.
    The defendant admitted that on Dec. 8, 2015, she was driving North on Route 15 South while intoxicated. While operating the vehicle traveling in the opposite direction of traffic, Ms. Verbout admitted to striking a vehicle driven by the victim, Robert J. Hunter, III head-on, causing his death.
