Kevin Colman, president of Berkshire Hathaway Gross & Jansen Realtors is hosting its fifth annual holiday toy drive, which will benefit local children.

Donations of new, unused and unwrapped toys are welcome at any of their offices in Vernon, Sparta, Franklin and Warwick NY, anytime between now and Dec. 22, 2017. Berkshire Hathaway Gross & Jansen Realtors has been a part of the local community for over 40 years.

“This is a natural extension of our business, helping to make childhood dreams come true.” said Colman. Drop off locations for Berkshire Hathaway Gross & Jansen Realtors offices: 327 RT 94 Vernon, 100 Woodport Rd.Sparta, 75 RT 23S Franklin and 23 Oakland Ave. Warwick, N.Y.
