Austin Davidson, 22, of Andover, was sentenced to 3 years probation on the conditions that he completes a TASC evaluation and follow all recommendations, and pay all court fines and fees. He pleaded guilty on Oct. 16, 2017, to third degree possession of CDS.
The defendant was in possession of Marijuana and Cocaine after a motor vehicle stop was performed by the Hopatcong Police Department.
Amanda Wilgus, 22, of Andover, was sentenced to 3 years of probation on the conditions she completes a TASC evaluation and follow all recommendations, continue treatment and pay restitution in the amount of $751 and all court fines and fees.
She pleaded guilty on Oct. 16, 2017, to third-degree theft by Unlawful Taking.
The defendant stole several rings from a friend’s residence and then sold them.
Dec. 19
Melissa Floystad, 48, of Dingmans Ferry pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a crime of the third degree.
Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 9, 2018.
The defendant admitted to being in possession of Heroin as a result of a motor vehicle stop by New Jersey State Police.
