Grace Connery scored 18 points, breaking the school scoring record, and leading Lenape Valley to a 56-29 win over Vernon on Friday, Jan. 12.

She surpassed Marissa Quaglia, a current Lenape Valley assistant coach, who previously held the mark with 1,187 career points. Connery, eclipsed the 1,000th career point mark on Dec. 15, 2017.

Carly Tarnowski scored 14 points with eight rebounds and eight steals and Thalia Johnson scored 13 points with three 3-pointers, eight rebounds, and six assists for Lenape Valley (8-2).

Brietta Patterson scored 10 points with two 3-pointers for Vernon (1-9).
