The Friends of the Sussex-Wantage Library will hold a free children’s yoga and movement class on Saturday, March 3, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the library’s community room. Conducted by certified yoga instructor Julie Lain-Trilling, the class will incorporate singing, chanting, meditation, games, stories and more. Starting yoga early encourages a fit and healthy lifestyle, and promotes an overall sense of well-being.

Registration for this free program for children ages 5-11 begins Sat., Feb. 17. Class size is limited. To sign up, register online at or call the library at 973-875-3940 and ask to be registered.
