Wine and Food Festival coming to Crystal Springs

    A celebration of the world’s best wines and top chefs from around the U.S, the 10th annual New Jersey Wine & Food Festival at Crystal Springs Resort takes place May 4–6, 2018.
    To mark this milestone, Crystal Springs has partnered with Ment’or to jointly celebrate the 10th anniversaries of both organizations. Ment’or was founded by Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller and Jérôme Bocuse to support the next generation of chefs and to fund a team to compete in the biannual Bocuse d’Or competition, which the U.S. team won for the first time in 2017.
    Held at New Jersey’s premier culinary destination, Crystal Spring Resort, the weekend’s events are designed to allow food and wine connoisseurs to meet and mingle with the world’s finest chefs and winemakers. Over the past nine years, the Festival has grown in stature as a showcase for culinary talent with a who’s who of attending chefs including Jose Andres, Daniel Boulud, David Bouley, Thomas Keller, David Kinch, Michael White and more. This year’s Festival will be the largest collection of chefs and winemakers yet, featuring renowned Chefs Thomas Keller and Daniel Boulud, as well as the complete Bocuse d’Or USA teams from 2007 to 2017, which include highly regarded chefs like Gavin Kaysen (a James Beard award nominee) and Bryan Voltaggio (Top Chef).
    The festival kicks off on Friday, May 4, with three celebratory dinners, including the Wine Cellar Dinner with Chef Thomas Keller and winemaker Marc Perrin of Chateau de Beaucastel, a five chef ment’or 10th Anniversary Dinner and opening night at the Chef’s Garden with Chef Anthony Bucco. On Saturday, May 5, seminars will feature wine and spirits tastings, chef demos, and more.
    At night, The Grand Tasting welcomes 50 restaurants and over 200 wines over four floors of the Crystal Springs Clubhouse including two VIP areas.
