    Michel Cantagallo, III, 34, of Newton pleaded guilty to driving while suspended for a second or subsequent DWI, a crime of the third degree.
    Sentencing is scheduled for June 8.
    The defendant admitted he was driving with a suspended license for a second or subsequent time when he was stopped by New Jersey State Police for a motor vehicle violation.
    Gregory C. Luca, Jr., 33, of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., pleaded guilty to shoplifting, a third-degree crime.
    Sentencing is presently anticipated for April 13.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to taking merchandise on three separate occasions in 2016, from the Hampton Walmart by purposely concealing the merchandise on his person and exiting the store without purchasing the items. The merchandise was collectively valued at over $700.
    Christopher R. Vincent, 23, of Hopatcong pleaded guilty to third degree aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer.
    Sentencing is scheduled for April 27.
    The defendant admitted when Hopatcong Police officers were speaking with him regarding an earlier investigation he assaulted them while being placed under arrest. Vincent admitted to kicking the officers and spitting at them.

    Eva Sliker, 35, of Newton was sentenced to three years of probation with credit for 26 days of time served to run concurrent with existing Passaic County Probation.
    She was ordered to write a letter of apology, submit a DNA sample and pay fines and fees totalling $155.
    She pleaded guilty on Jan. 8, to resisting arrest, a fourth-degree crime.
    On Nov. 30, 2017, the defendant was observed by a Newton police officer who had knowledge of an active arrest warrant for her. The defendant was permitted back into her apartment to provide paperwork relating to the warrant, but she locked her door, crawled through a window and left down the fire escape of an adjacent building to avoid arrest.
    Allan W. Lazier, Jr., 39, of Vernon pleaded guilty to theft, a third-degree crime.
    Sentencing is scheduled for April 27.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to removing items not belonging to him from a storage unit in Hardyston, and selling them at a pawn shop without permission. The items were valued in excess of $500.
