Gross & Jansen Realtors®, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, part of the HSF Affiliates LLC family of real estate brokerage franchise networks owned by Warren Buffet, held its annual Sale Convention March 4-6 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention center in San Antonio.

This year’s event was themed “Innovation: People. Passion. Purpose. Promise.” The Sales Convention showcased the innovative technology projects including TV advertising and marketing initiatives underway to help franchisees grow.

More than 4,300 real estate professionals from across the U.S. attended the event, including Hans Gross, Kevin Colman and Luca Alboretti from Gross & Jansen Realtors in Vernon, and Warwick, N.Y.

As always, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices celebrated the accomplishments of its top network brokerages, teams and agents from the previous year.

“Our sales professionals are always focusing on ways to become better, stronger and wiser for their clients and constituents”, said Hans Gross, owner of Berkshire Hathaway Gross & Jansen Realtors. “We are proud to have received this honor and to be recognized alongside some of North America’s most prestigious real estate brokerages. Our network members are committed to service excellence and client satisfaction, as well as being innovators in our industry.” BHHS Gross & Jansen Realtors® has offices in Vernon, Sparta, and Franklin, New Jersey as well as their recently opened branch in Warwick, New York.

The following night, attendees were in stitches at the Comedy Connection “Sunrise Kids” Benefit featuring three world-class comedians: bob Marley, John Heffron and Henry Cho.
