    April 16Christofer Pena-Jimenez, 24, of Bronx pleaded guilty to one count of eluding, a third-degree crime and reckless driving, a motor vehicle offense.
    On July 21, 2017, Pena-Jimenez drove his motorcycle at a high rate of speed, passing other motorists over the double yellow line through a school zone, and failed to stop for law enforcement officers.
    Sentencing is presently anticipated for June 8.
    April 17Joshua Mueller, was sentenced tog sto three (3) years probation and ordered to pay mandatory fines and fees. Mueller also received 14 days jail credit.
    Mueller pleded guilty on Oct. 30, 2017 to two (2) counts of Burglary, third degree offenses. In May, 2014, Mueller entered multiple vehicles in the Township of Vernon and removed various items from within.
    Darren C. Reap, 54, of Andover pleaded guilty to false public alarm and false report to law enforcement, both crimes of the fourth degree. Sentencing is presently scheduled for June 8, 2018.
    The defendant admitted to placing multiple calls to 9-1-1 emergency dispatch without the purpose of reporting the need for 9-1-1 service. He also called Andover Police Department to report a third party harassment, when this did not occur.
