Library offering scholarship to area students

VERNON — The Friends of the Library, Dorothy E. Henry Memorial Branch is offering a Steven L, Steele Memorial Scholarship which is open to college bound senior students from Vernon, Hardyston, Hamburg and Franklin.
The scholarship award of $500 will be presented to the recipient at our Annual Meeting on June 9 for the purpose of purchasing textbooks in any form as well as school supplies.
The application can be picked up at the Dorothy E. Henry Branch it must be filled out and return to Library by May 25.
