    May 14Michael Wislotski, 28, of Hamburg pleaded guilty to fraudulent use of a credit card, a third-degree crime and making a false report to law enforcement, a fourth-degree crime.
    Sentencing is scheduled for June 29.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to using an individual’s credit card to make multiple transactions at various locations in Hamburg, Franklin and Newton in February of 2018. Wislotski also admitted to making a false report to Hamburg Police on September 19, 2015.
    The cases were investigated by Patrolman Devin Gormley and Patrolman Lawrence Barcza of the Hamburg Police Department.
    Earl Wall, 53, of Hopatcong pleaded guilty to exhibiting a false government-issued document, a third-degree crimef and to the motor vehicle offenses of driving with a suspended and driving without liability insurance.
    Sentencing is scheduled for June 29.
    On March 10, 2018, he was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to providing Byram police officers with a false driver license.
    The case was investigated by Sergeant Daniel Dewald of the Byram Township Police Department.
    May 15Phillip P. Bensing, 27, of Stroudsburg, Pa., pleaded guilty to fourth-degree illegal transport of firearms.
    Sentencing is scheduled for June 29.
