This is not a race – it is an individual challenge for personal growth and making a commitment that may change life for the better.

The Next Level Challenge — Looking for more of a Challenge? This one is for you! While logging you miles, add the listed objectives to your journey. The more you do – the greater the adventure,
Choose your Adventure that suits your goals. Research shows that spending time outdoors is beneficial to your overall health. So take a break and get some nature therapy! Once you reach the challenge goal, send in your trail log and/or objective list to receive a Certificate of Completion. The first finisher for each level receives a custom hand carved hiking stick!
