Students in World Language classes at Vernon Township High School recently inducted new members into their Honor Societies.

The Spanish students inducted this May into the Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica were: William Austin, Brielle Eilinger, Luca Ondris, Juan Bautista, Ryan Eilinger, Juliette Ross, Jack Bokun, Briana Garcia, Nolan Shade, Fernando Cova-Gomez Jr., Sean Gleason, Ryan Spadafina, Kathleen Curtis, Michael Gonzalez, Julia Stellingwerf ,Stephanie DeMattheis, Catherine Huhn, Larissa Trongone, Madison DeVries, Jade Lazar, Hannah Van Blarcom, Shelby Ebbighausen, Ethan Metz, Maxim Yacun, and Leticia Noa.

The German Honor Society welcomed new members into Delta Epsilon Phi: Madeline Labance, Kaitlin Robins, Dylan Shack, and Alicja Wesloske.

The French Honor Society (Société Honoraire de Franҫais) inducted: Devyn Blake, Angela Giroux, Emily Ross, Julia Contino, David Mingot, and Kyra Stoeckel.

The Italian Honor Society inductees into Società Onoraria Italica were: Ashlynne Aguilar, Diego Garcia, Peter Wattley, Emily Bray, and Christian Triggiani.

All new members were given the chords they will wear to graduation, The VTHS Chamber Orchestra, featuring students Bridget Fraser, David MacMillan, Amber Revelant and Audrey Perich provided the music.
