Rosemary Slaughter, age 41, unexpectedly passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2018, in Lackawaxen Township, Pennsylvania. Born and raised in Newburgh, N.Y., to the late Charles F. Slaughter and Ruby (Matthews) Slaughter, Rosemary lived in Greenwood Lake and Naples, Florida before moving to Sussex County. While she lived in Florida, she had been employed at Publix Supermarket as a cashier.
Rosemary is survived by her son, Dalton Krown of Atlantic City; her daughter, Ruby Chadwick of Naples, Florida; her two sisters, Linda Slaughter and her husband Scott Dingman of Sussex and Lisa Marie Sepanski and her husband Thomas of Naples, Florida; and her nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, July 1, 2018 at the Pinkel Funeral Home, 31 Bank Street (Route 23), Sussex. Friends may pay their respects to the family prior to the funeral on Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the funeral home. Private cremation services will be held at the convenience of the family.
