    June 25Thomas Carter, 40, of Sussex pleaded guilty to one count of simple assault, a disorderly persons offense and one count of criminal mischief, a disorderly presons offense.
    Carter admitted to grabbing his girlfriend's child by the neck and breaking items in the home.
    Sentencing is presently anticipated for Aug. 10, 2018.
    Scott Reese, 40, of Montague, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal mischief, a fourth-degree crime. Reese admitted to being under the influence of alcohol, getting into an argument with his live-in girlfriend and then damaging numerous items in their apartment.
    Sentencing is presently anticipated for Aug. 10.
    June 27Dallas J. Kruzelnick, 33, of Wantage was sentenced to five years in New Jersey State Prison with credit for 274 days already served and 34½ years loss of his driver’s license. He must also pay $6,275.00 in court fines and fees.
    He pleaded guilty on Jan. 22, to two counts of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance, two counts of fourth-degree driving while suspended for a second or subsequent DWI, two DWI motor vehicle charges and two Violation of Probation charges. He also pleaded guilty to on June 27 to driving while suspended and driving while intoxicated motor vehicle charges from another incident.
    The defendant was in possession of Heroin during two separate motor vehicle stops in September of 2017, one incident in Wantage and the other incident in Morris County. He also admitted that on both occasions he was driving while his license was suspended for previous DWI’s. He was also driving under the influence and while suspended earlier in 2017 in Wantage Township.
