Summer Sierra Ponce

Summer Sierra Ponce, age 21, unexpectedly passed away on Monday, July 2, 2018 at her residence in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Born in Las Vegas, Nevada, Summer grew up in Montague before moving to Scranton three years ago.
Summer is survived by her daughter, Genevieve; her father, Darren Ponce and his girlfriend, Jill Dutschmann of Montague; her mother, Dawn (Steiner) Ponce of Scranton, PA; her brothers, Zachary and Collin Ponce both of Montague; her sister, Tiffany Ponce and her children, Nathan and Zander; her paternal grandparents, Louis and Lorraine Ponce of Wantage; her aunts, Sharon Gallo of Flemington and Lauren Ponce of Dingmans Ferry, PA; and many cousins.
Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at St. Monica R.C. Church, 33 Unionville Avenue, Sussex. Friends may pay their respects to the family on Monday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Pinkel Funeral Home, 31 Bank Street (Route 23), Sussex.
