    June 29 Michael Wislotski, 29, of Hamburg was sentenced to four years of probation. He was ordered to submit to a psychiatric evaluation, complete 100 hours of community service work, comply with the recommendations of the Division of Developmental Disabilities, pay fines and fees of $235 and restitution of $555.40, submit a DNA sample, and have no contact with the victim.
    He pleaded guilty on May 14, 2018, to Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, a third degree crime, and False Report to Law Enforcement, a fourth degree crime.
    The defendant used an individual’s credit card to make multiple transactions at various locations in Hamburg, Franklin and Newton in February of 2018. Wislotski also made a false report to Hamburg Police on September 19, 2015.

    Philip Bensing, 27, of Stroudsburg, Pa. was sentenced to three years probation on condition he complete 100 hours of community service, maintain full time employment, attend AA/NA meetings every week, undergo a TASC evaluation and follow all recommendations, submit a DNA sample and pay $150.00 in court fines and fees.
    He pleaded guilty on May 15, 2018, to Illegal Transport of Firearms, a crime of the fourth degree.
    The defendant drove co-defendant(s) to Paterson to exchange weapons for drugs.

    Daniel O’Bryan, 43, of Budd Lake, was sentenced to 12 years in New Jersey State Prison with credit for 687 days already served. Under the No Early Release Act the defendant must serve at least 85 percent of his sentence. He must also undergo drug treatment and participate in all education made available, submit a DNA sample, and pay $4,325.00 in court fines and fees and $5,208.25 in restitution to his victims.
    He pleaded guilty on Feb. 13, 2018, to second degree Burglary, nine counts third degree Burglary, six counts third degree Conspiracy to Commit Burglary, nine counts third degree Theft, third degree Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, third degree Criminal Mischief, five counts third degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon and fourth degree Illegal Transport of a Weapon.
    In 2016,O’Bryan burglarized multiple homes in Sandyston, Montague, Wantage, Hampton, Frankford and Branchville in Sussex County and White Township in Warren County in April of 2017. Various items were taken from these homes, including but not limited to, generators, weapons, cash, televisions, cameras and jewelry. He also transported the weapons to Paterson with his co-defendants, where he exchanged them for drugs.
