KEEP celebrates Christmas in July

The thermometer may show warm, balmy temperatures but campers at Summer KEEP definitely had their thoughts on cooler weather as they celebrated Christmas in July.
One of the most popular activities was making gingerbread houses. While all houses started out looking the same, creativity quickly took over and the final result was a “neighborhood" of very uniquely decorated masterpieces.
KEEP is providing Summer Camp and L’l Keepers at their new location at 99 Demarest Road in Sparta.
Camp continues to be extremely popular and just a few available days are left for this year. L’il Keepers provides care for children aged six week to six years of age. L’il Keepers offers care from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and offers flexible scheduling. Looking ahead to September, KEEP will once again be providing before and after-school care in many area public schools.
Registration is currently in progress.
Operations Director Linda Conrad reminds parents that a new registration must be completed every year. There is no automatic renewal. Visit the website at www.keepkids.org or call 973-383-2213 for more information.
