Olivia Fisher, a four-point academic average student from Newton, N.J., is this year’s recipient of the Black Bear Film Festival scholarship, sponsored by William Rosado of Milford Chrysler. The festival, from Oct. 19 to 21 this year, is held every fall in Milford, Pa., drawing hundreds of movie lovers from all over the region. For more information visit blackbearfilm.com.
