Barbara Ann Auche

Barbara Ann Auche, 70 died Tuesday August 14, 2018 at Overlook Hospital in Summit. Mrs. Auche, daughter of the late Russell and Harriet (Phillips) Bennett was born in Newton December 31, 1947. She grew up in the Franklin-Ogdensburg area and has resided in Vernon for the last 12 years.
Mrs. Auche was a devout catholic. She formerly owned Barbara’s Hair Palace in Ogdensburg then went on to pursue other careers.
Mrs. Auche was predeceased by a sister and 3 brothers; Pauline Smith, Earl “Skip” Bennett, Ernie Bennett and Richard Bennett. She is the beloved mother of Tawnie Scymanski & her husband Barry of Branchville and Robbin Tracy & her husband Jason Titsworth of Hampton Twp.; sister to Jeanne Blahut of Franklin, Carolyn Liquori of Fort Lee, Marion Van Blarcom of Vernon, Nancy Onder of Tennessee and RoseMarie Bennett of Franklin. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Friday August 17, 2018 at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home One Main St. Franklin from 9-10:30 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11 a.m. at Immaculate Conception RC Church, Franklin.
