Aug. 31Briana Sickel, 31, of Newton was sentenced to a term of Probation to last until restitution is paid in full, no contact with victim or premises, an apology letter to the victim through Probation within thirty days of sentencing, restitution in the amount of $3,400 minus $250 paid the day of sentencing, and fees of $50 VCCA, $75 SNSF, $30 LEOTF.
She pleaded guilty on July 16, to one count of Burglary (a third degree offense).
On Feb. 9, 2018, a home in Byram was burglarized by Sickel.
