    Aug. 31Michael Hahne, 39 of Sparta, was sentenced to three years of probation. He must submit to a TASC evaluation, attend NA/AA meetings, submit to urine monitoring and pay fines and fees.
    He pleaded guilty on July 16, 2018, to possession of Heroin, a third-degree crime.
    As a result of a traffic stop, he admitted to possessing Heroin that was not obtained directly from a practitioner or under a valid prescription.
    Keelan Glover, 26 of Maple Shade was sentenced to two years probation. He must serve 150 hours of community service, obtain/maintain gainful employment and pay fines and fees.
    He pleaded guilty on July 16, 2018, to unlawfully taking movable property of C.D., a third-degree crime.
    He admitted to taking a cell phone that was left at a register at Shop Rite and transferring Money from C.D.’s Venmo account to his.
    Sept. 4Tonia Wydner, 48, of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., pleaded guilty to conspiracy and shoplifting, third-degree crimes.
    Sentencing is presently anticipated for Oct. 19, 2018.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to conspiring with another to take and actually stealing merchandise from the Hampton Walmart on April 23, 2018.
    The case was investigated by Trooper L. Jacinto of the New Jersey State Police.
    Sept. 7Matthew T. Collins, 25, of Newton was sentenced to three years of probation to run concurrent with his Morris County Probation. Collins must also undergo a Substance Abuse Evaluation, comply with all terms of probation as imposed by the Court and pay fines and fees totaling $1,380.
    He pleaded guilty on July 9, 2018, to two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance (a third-degree crime).
    Edward Kurtyka, 37, of Newarks was sentenced to four years of probation concurrent with his Bergen County Drug Court probation. He was ordered to make restitution of $753.42 and joint and several restitution of $901.34 and pay fines and fees totaling $280.
    He pleaded guilty on July 9, 2018, to Conspiracy and Shoplifting, both third degree crimes.
    The defendant conspired with another to take and actually stole merchandise from the Hampton Walmart on Dec. 27, 2016. He returned to the store the next day and stole additional merchandise.
    Sept. 10Justin Metcalf, 29, of Vernon, pleaded guilty to theft, a fourth-degree crime.
    sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 2.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to using an individual’s social security benefit and to withdrawal of money at an ATM on July 4, 2017, in Vernon.
    The case was investigated by Patrolman Sean Perry of the Vernon Township Police Department.
    Sept. 11Robyn Corsar, 31, of Hopatcong pleaded guilty to three counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a crime of the third degree.
    Sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 17.
    The defendant admitted to being in possession of heroin while a passenger involved in a motor vehicle stop. She also admitted to being in possession of Cocaine and Heroin when she was the driver during a motor vehicle stop. Both incidents occurred in Hopatcong.
    Sept. 14Scott McMichael, 59 of Hopatcong, was sentenced to three years probation. He must submit to a TASC evaluation and a mental health evaluation and follow all recommendations thereof, submit a DNA sample and pay all fines and fees.
    He pleaded guilty on July 11, 2018 to terroristic threats, a third degree crime. McMichael admitted to threatening to kill T.S.
